they have been scaled. No work is to be done on the vehicle once racing has
begun. (Timing, fan belt, air pressures are allowed exceptions to this rule.)
Fan belt may be removed prior to making a pass.
The class will make
3 quarter mile passes (Silver Dollar only) 3 eighth mile passes during track qualifying with the average of the 3 passes
being your score, the car with the best overall score will be named the winner.
In the event of a tie - winner will be determined by a heads up match race.
(The winner will
be determined by the average of their 3 passes. In the event that they are
unable to make a pass, the slowest time run by a competing car will be used to
for the missed pass.)
After every pass,
competing cars are to return to the Street Car Challenge

responsible for getting their Time slips turned in after every pass. All cars
are subject to being re-scaled at anytime.
Once the Street Car Challenge has been completed, competitors are free to

We do have the
option to run a Gamblers race, if we get enough participants. This would be a
1/8
mile Sportsman Ladder race. This will be discussed further during sign up,
before any racing takes place.
These rules will be
posted in the Street Car Challenge staging area for the
duration of the race.
