Show car pricing

Pre-registration $30 includes one gate admission (must be postmarked by Jan22nd)

Only entry fees will be sent to the K&L Motorsports. If you have other folks coming with you they will have to pay day of show.

Day of show $40 includes one gate admission (only if space permits. All day of show will be held outside until all Pre-registered cars are in)

Spots will fill up with first come first served. If you pre-register, you will be guaranteed a spot. If you wait until day of show, there may not be any spots available. All VW's will have to be driven or pushed in the facility.

All entrants will receive a confirmation letter from us, letting you know that we received your entry and let you know the times to be there, etc. VW's will have to remain in place until 5 pm. This is for the safety of everyone in the building. Set up times are listed below

Friday set-up times

Vendors/Swap meet: 10am-1:30pm

Show cars: 2pm-4:30pm (if you are not in the building at 4:30pm, you will have to wait until Saturday morning)

Doors open for Spectators: 5:30pm-9:30pm

Saturday set-up Times

Vendors/Swap meet & Show cars: 7-8am

If you are a swap meeter or vendor, you will only be able to walk your parts in the building on Saturday. Please be aware of this and if you can't get there on Friday, this is what you will have to do.

Doors open for Spectators: 9am-5pm

Please be aware that you will have to keep your car in the building until 5pm. Have another car outside if you need to go somewhere. There will be a lot of people in all the buildings and we CAN'T have anyone trying to get their car out, due to safety reasons. We hope you understand.

   Day of Show $100 includes one admission (if spots are available)

   Pre-registration $55 includes one admission (must be postmarked by Jan22nd)

   Day of Show $80 includes one admission (if spots are available)

Used Only (10x10)

   Pre-registration $40 includes one admission  (must be postmarked by Jan22nd) 

  Day of Show $50 includes one admission (if spots are available)

T-shirt/ Stickers/Toys (10x15)

   Pre-registration $50 includes one admission ( must be postmarked by Jan22nd)

   Day of Show $75 includes one admission (if spots are available)

PLEASE come within those times listed as if you are late, you may not get in! Please pre-register, besides saving you money, this will also save you time with set-up. If you wait until day of show, there is no guarantee that there will be any spots left. First come first served bases. You will not be able to leave until show is over. We have to get all show cars out first and then the swap meet. Any questions please ask!
